My Story
Hir is an experienced physiotherapist with over 10 years experience working across a range of clinical and community-based settings. She has a strong interest in pelvic health and musculoskeletal injuries and is currently completing a PhD in pelvic health at Western Sydney University.

Alongside her clinical work, Hir has experience teaching at a university level and contributing to research, which supports her evidence-based approach to treatment. ​Hir takes a holistic approach to physiotherapy, considering the connection between the body, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing to help her clients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.

outside of work, she defends matcha over coffee, enjoys reading and hiking, pets every dog that she meets, and is the author of a poetry collection.

- Awarded a full tuition fee waiver and a scholarship worth $31,500 per annum by Western Sydney University to study Ph.D.
