  • Return-to-sport and exercise programs after childbirth

  • Management of postnatal musculoskeletal pain

  • C-section recovery and scar therapy

What happens at the Initial Consult?

Your initial 1:1 private consultation (45 minutes) mainly includes:

  • An in-depth discussion of your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns

  • Details of bladder, bowel, sexual or physical symptoms

  • Comprehensive screening including fluid intake, bladder and bowel habits, gynaecological, medical, family, and obstetric history (where relevant)

  • A physical assessment-  external examination and internal vaginal assessment only with your consent and when clinically appropriate

  • Empower you through an evidence-based treatment option: education of the causes, plan to manage, minimize, and eliminate your symptoms, return to work/activities confidently

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

  • ​On the spot rebates are available for private health cover- depending on your cover, you will receive a part of your consult fee back

  • Remember to bring your card to your appointment

MEDICARE

  • ​If you have chronic diseases management plan (CDMP), formerly know as EPC, then you may be eligible for susbidised visits (rebate amount is approximately $60 per session)

  • If eligible, you are able to access 5 appointments per year

  • Remember to bring your plan and medicare card to your appointment
